Emmanuel Manu, Career Success Coach

Emmanuel Manu (he/him) is a coach, facilitator, and people and culture strategist who designs learning experiences that invite reflection, strengthen communication skills, and move people toward practical action. With nearly two decades of experience across education, workforce development, nonprofit leadership, and organizational learning, he is passionate about helping people communicate their value, build stronger connections, and take greater ownership of their development.

Throughout his career, Emmanuel has coached students and early-career professionals through important transitions, led teams supporting career readiness and employment outcomes, and developed employees, managers, and organizational leaders. He brings warmth, curiosity, and a deep belief in people’s potential to every coaching relationship.

Emmanuel is also the founder of TrueTalk Consulting, where he helps organizations build stronger teams through conversations that drive growth. His work helps teams rethink how feedback is practiced—how it is sought, shared, and used—to build the trust, clarity, and accountability needed to thrive.

Emmanuel holds a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication and a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Morgan State University. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, connecting with new people, watching football, and playing tennis.
