Dr. Roger Ball, LCSW, MA, PhD Executive and Leadership Coach

Dr. Ball, an Executive and Leadership Coach with PowerTools, has been a NY State Licensed Clinical Social Worker, counselor, relationship therapist and executive coach for over 20 years. In his role as executive coach, he has worked with non-profits, academic institutions K-12 charter as well as higher education. He has also worked extensively with faith-based organizations to provide strategic leadership. Dr. Ball is the supervisor of social workers for the Borough of The Bronx in the New York City Public School System - leading crisis intervention along with training and development for social workers, administrators and teachers across NYC. 

 He is a former Assistant Principal at a Bronx middle school. Additionally, Dr. Ball is an adjunct professor in Fordham University's Graduate School of Social Services where he has taught for almost 15 years and was awarded the Excellence in Teaching Award in 2023. For the past two years, he has taught the Social Work policy capstone and other courses at Lehman College. He's also taught at Concordia, Mercy, and Monroe Colleges as well as New York Theological Seminary over the last 15 years.
