This teacher-tested toolkit contains a series of six original lessons and extension activities to help your middle and high school students manage their stress and anxiety, whether it be from the pressures of school life or just navigating adolescence. Our lessons are created by educators, tested and positively reviewed by students, and research-based. These sessions are perfect for Advisory, your classroom, and/or small group counseling groups and last between 30-45 minutes.
